Bans - v3_exceed - 09-06-2023
Bans are now implemented at the IP level. You can ask for your ban to be removed, by posting from an IP that is not banned.
I don't care if you doxx me, I don't care if you attack this server. I can block any country, any mask or any block iof IP's I see fit.
This is my hobby site, so I really don't give a shit if you script kiddies attack it.
Also.. moderator positions are now open.. please pm me if you want to have new powers to abuse.

Due to the 45k spam posts from Eastern Europe, We will not be accepting users from these areas. As much as I like the people of Russia, and I really do. They are awesome, white and not as full of shit as most of the world, the chuds from the Ukraine who keep spamming are ruining it for everyone. So if you are Russian Federation, and want an account to participate, not spam. Let me know.
